Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor and train site teams to achieve exceptional performance and effective project delivery.
- Project Oversight: Develop accurate project programmes, cost forecasts, and working methods while mitigating risks to maintain progress seamlessly.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Commercial Awareness: Review contractual agreements and actively manage the commercial position of projects, ensuring alignment with the budget and schedule.
