  • Variety of Projects: You'll work on a range of machinery and process automation projects from multiple sectors including Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Material Handling, Chemical and Nuclear.
  • Ownership and Leadership: You will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, trusted to make key design decisions, and utilize your leadership skills within a small, collaborative team.
  • Technical Excellence: Keep your coding skills sharp by working with multiple PLC platforms, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage directly with customers to understand their requirements and see projects through to commissioning.
  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the freedom to manage your own workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance. There is no micromanagement here; you are trusted to deliver your projects with the support of your Manager when needed.
  • Supportive Culture: Work within a team that values your technical input and has a high retention rate due to its great working culture.
  • Senior Management Team: Collaborate with senior management who are engineers themselves and prioritize quality and timely delivery over mere numbers.
  • Location and Travel: Based in the Worksop/Sheffield area with opportunities for hybrid working and site visits across the UK and Europe. Expect around 20% travel annually, depending on projects.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary up to Β£60,000 DOE. Generous benefits package, including paid overtime, regular salary reviews, a bonus scheme, and an optional call-out rota.
