Are you a dynamic and inspiring PE Teacher (Female) eager to empower young women through physical activity in a progressive and inclusive secondary school in Hounslow? We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our PE department, starting September 2025. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, with a focus on female participation.
 - Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of sporting abilities and interests, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
 - Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including fitness training, team sports, and individual activities, to enhance student learning.
 - Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development.
 - Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level PE examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria.
 - Contribute to the development of the PE curriculum and resources, with a focus on female participation.
 - Foster a love of sports and physical activity in students, encouraging them to develop their skills and confidence.
 - Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
 - Contribute to extracurricular sports activities and school teams, particularly those focused on female participation.
 
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
 - Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education.
 - Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
 - Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level PE examinations.
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
 - Ability to inspire and motivate female students of all sporting abilities.
