What will you be doing?
- Building, identifying and maintaining strong relationships with both client and candidates within your specialist market – within Engineering.
- Interview and assess candidates – to match them to their desired role.
- Negotiation of offers.
- Manage the full 360 life cycle of recruitment.
- Working to a hybrid model – in Manchester City Centre.
