What will you be doing?

  • Building, identifying and maintaining strong relationships with both client and candidates within your specialist market – within Engineering.
  • Interview and assess candidates – to match them to their desired role.
  • Negotiation of offers.
  • Manage the full 360 life cycle of recruitment.
  • Working to a hybrid model – in Manchester City Centre.
