We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of mechanical installation packages on a major project. The successful candidate will ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and site personnel.
- Oversee mechanical installation packages including Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) systems, Steam systems, Above-ground pipework systems.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and report regularly to the Project Manager.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Liaise with stakeholders to minimize disruption in live working environments.
Minimum Requirements
- SMSTS Certification

- Proven experience managing mechanical installation packages.
- Previous experience working in public sector projects or live operational environments.
