For the company, Zero Motorcycles, I am exclusively recruiting for a SAP System Analyst. The focus will be on Supply Chain Planning & Logistics.

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP System Analyst to join the team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will act as the SAP S/4 HANA expert for supply chain planning, operations, logistics, material management, and vehicle management systems. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimise processes, configure systems, and deliver high-quality solutions that support our global operations.
ResponsibilitiesAs a SAP System Analyst, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring system integrity within the SAP landscape. The position is an allround role that is both technical (configuration) and functional (business analysis). Your daily tasks will include:
- Analysing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose cost-effective solutions.
- Preparing functional specifications and delivering technical objects independently.
- Reviewing design and configuration documents and contributing to functional specifications.
- Performing unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Acting as a functional and configuration expert to streamline business processes.
- Identifying gaps and prioritising improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).
- Leading user meetings to gather requirements and design sound system solutions.
- Conducting QA validations and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Training users on new or modified configurations and their business impact.
- Maintaining SAP system integrity, upgrades, and user updates.
- Collaborating with business process owners and AMS teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Minimum 10+ years of SAP functional implementation, configuration, and support experience.
- Extensive experience with SAP MM, PP (planning), logistics, and related supply chain functions.
- Strong knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and experience with O2C or P2P processes.
- At least 5 years of business process design experience with strong analytical skills.
- Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA Private Cloud, SAP GUI, and Fiori.
- Understanding of flexible workflow design or ABAP is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously and consider cross-functional impacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
