What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing electrical and control systems for custom-engineered automated equipment.
 - Creating schematics, wiring schedules, and loom diagrams to meet international standards.
 - Collaborating with cross‑functional teams including Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Quality.
 - Supporting the full product lifecycle—from concept through to production and testing.
 
What You’ll Bring
- A strong electrical design engineering background with at least 2 years industry experience post qualifications.
 - Experience in system or equipment design, ideally in a fast‑paced development environment.
 - Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and a solid understanding of engineering change control.
 - Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
 - Knowledge of CE marking, EN standards, and P&ID diagrams.
 - Experience within process automation industries.
 
You will be based at their centre of excellence that is within a 35 minute commute or less from Bristol, Newport, Weston‑Super‑Mare and Chepstow areas.
This role is paying up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits including hybrid working, bonus incentives and a company culture that actively drives the development of their teams.
