?? Control Systems Engineer – Complex Automation
From Concept to Commissioning – It's Yours to Lead

�? Why You'll Love This Role:
- Full Lifecycle Ownership – From initial customer requirements and functional design specs, through hardware selection, PLC programming, HMI development, testing, and commissioning.
- Hands-On Coding – Develop control logic from scratch using Allen Bradley (RSLogix/Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal/S7) platforms. Experience with structured text, ladder logic, and function block diagrams is key.
- Hardware Design Input – Collaborate on the design of bespoke control panels, including component selection, wiring schematics, and integration with hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Communication Protocols – Work with industrial networks such as EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS, and Modbus, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
- Testing & Commissioning – Lead FAT and SAT activities, troubleshoot issues on-site, and ensure systems meet performance and safety standards.
- Customer-Facing – Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and deliver tailored automation solutions.

- Proven experience in control systems engineering within heavy machinery, industrial automation, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong PLC programming skills from scratch (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).
