Location: Reading

Duration: 26 weeks

Clearance: SC required (can start on BPSS while SC progresses)

Shifts: 11 on / 3 off

Start: Days initially, then moving to night shifts

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver commissioning activities safely and in line with national legislation and client specifications.
  • Provide commissionability input into concept, detailed design and construction phases.
  • Implement the commissioning strategy and act as the key focal point to the client and subcontractors.
  • Ensure work is delivered right first time through robust planning, supervision and quality management.
  • Produce and review Safe Systems of Work, including RAMS.
  • Conduct workplace inspections, lead incident reporting, and uphold safety standards in line with company expectations.
  • Manage subcontractors, resources and technical documentation.
  • Provide regular reporting across safety, quality, time and cost metrics.
  • Lead supervisors and technicians, ensuring competencies and training requirements are maintained.
