Overview: Commercial Manager - Power Projects.

Location: Caldicot (regular travel across South Wales sites).

Working pattern: Hybrid (site, office and WFH).

Hours: Mon‑Fri, 8am‑5pm.

Start: ASAP.

Duration: Up to 5 months (temp‑to‑perm).

Responsibilities:

  • Full commercial management of power projects.
  • Cost control and forecasting.
  • NEC contract administration.
  • Change, variation, risk and opportunity management.
  • Applications for payment and final accounts.
  • Commercial support to project teams and supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Commercial Manager experience.
  • Previous experience across power/substation/OHL/windfarm projects desired.
  • Experience in utilities, highways, nuclear, etc considered.
  • NEC3/NEC4 knowledge.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
