We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to oversee works on a Fuel Farm project near Bristol. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent health & safety management, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors effectively to deliver a safe and efficient site operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on a live fuel farm project
- Ensure high standards of health & safety are maintained at all times
- Prepare, review, and manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and reports
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant site environment
- Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure workforce engagement
- Liaise with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Resolve site issues proactively and maintain a positive working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager, ideally within energy, gas, or infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation and site compliance
