In this role, you will act as the primary interface between the project team and the global supply chain, ensuring all vendors meet stringent technical, quality and contractual requirements across electrical, mechanical, civil and control system packages.
Key Responsibilities

Perform manufacturing surveillance to ensure critical components (HV equipment, transformers, valves, mechanical assemblies, control/protection panels) are produced to specification. Monitor welding, fabrication, electrical assembly and factory processes for technical compliance.
- Inspection & Test Activities: Lead supplier-side FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) activities, ensuring full adherence to test plans, standards and customer requirements. Review and validate test reports, inspection records, calibration certificates and full quality documentation packs. Coordinate 3rd-party inspections when required.
- Non-Conformance Management & RCA: Lead supplier NCR investigations, ensuring robust root cause analysis and effective corrective/preventive actions. Track NCR trends, escalate systemic issues and implement rapid containment actions to protect project schedule and quality.
- Documentation & Deliverables Control: Maintain full traceability of manufacturing documentation including ITPs, quality records, MTRs, certificates and release notes. Approve supplier quality dossiers for shipment and site delivery.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement, logistics and site quality teams to ensure supplier deliverables fully align with project needs. Support early design reviews to embed manufacturability and supplier capability considerations. Provide KPIs, supplier performance insights and risk updates to project leadership.
