The predicted salary is between 37800 - 46200 Β£ per year.
This role is based within our South West Delivery Team who cover our South West Water and Wessex Water frameworks,, Managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites.
The Role Contracted to 40hrs per week Monday to Friday.
A company van will be provided.
To be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety Rules and Essential Standards and industry regulations.
Ensure that all Health and Safety legislation and regulations are adhered to by the site teams.
Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards, in compliance with the project's quality plan and inspection and test plans.
To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
To coach and mentor Electricians, Electrical Improvers/Mates and Apprentices.
Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
Promote positive health and wellbeing amongst peers.
To act in a professional manner and be an ambassador for Bridges, supporting the business goals and maintaining the company's positive reputation.
Requirements
Essential: Experience in managing M&E sites.
Experience in a civil / utilities environment.
Gold Card CSCS SMSTS Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
- Good client management and communication skills
- Desirable: Black Card CSCS Water industry experience EUSR IPAF, PASMA, confined space
