We’re working with a fast-growing, privately backed oil and gas operator that specializes in maximizing the potential of offshore assets. They have a strong track record of operational excellence and are expanding their engineering team to support their next phase of growth.

They’re looking for someone with strong experience in subsea systems (XTs, SPS, umbilicals, risers, and flowlines) to support ongoing projects from design through to commissioning.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for project execution, troubleshooting, subsea interventions, and ensuring safe and efficient subsea operations. You’ll be coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and offshore operations, so experience working on both contractor and operator sides is a plus. If you’re familiar with ROV operations, subsea integrity management, and intervention work, this could be a great fit.
