Senior Quantity Surveyor Needed for Exciting Life Science Project in Oxford! We are excited to announce that our construction client is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be working on an exciting project based in Oxford, within the life science sector. Qualifications & Experience: – NEC3/JCT experience Our ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and practical application of both NEC3 and JCT contracts. They must possess excellent communication skills when dealing with clients, contractors or sub-contractors while ensuring compliance during contractual negotiations. Skills Required: – Life Science/ Mission Critical Projects expertise preferred The right person for this job must demonstrate previous success stories handling mission-critical or life science projects from inception through delivery stages by coordinating all aspects necessary including budgetary planning and cost management strategies.
