We\’re recruiting on behalf of a leading Principal Contractor delivering a 5-year Converter Station build in the North East – a critical part of the UK\’s energy infrastructure transformation. This is a high-profile, complex engineering programme requiring robust governance, proactive risk management, and agile change control. This is a hybrid role based out of the Newcastle office. πŸ” The Role: As Risk & Change Manager, you\’ll be embedded within the project leadership team, responsible for: Developing and maintaining the project risk register and change control processes. Leading risk identification, assessment, mitigation and reporting across all workstreams. Managing change requests, impact assessments, and stakeholder approvals. Supporting strategic decision-making with clear risk insights and change analysis. Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and governance frameworks. βœ… What We\’re Looking For: Proven experience in major infrastructure or energy projects.
