This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Engineering & Manufacturing Company (based near Thatcham) that plays a key role in cutting-edge engineering solutions, partnering Global Names in the Space & Aerospace Industry.
You\’ll be part of a dedicated team of Manufacturing Engineers , managing 4-6 concurrent projects from initial quote through to handover into production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys front-end involvement and has strong project management capability.
What you\’ll be doing as Manufacturing Engineer

• Managing manufacturing projects from NPI through to production handover
• Leading quoting, planning and resource coordination activities
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Overseeing process engineering aspects and driving continuous improvement
• Working closely with operations once projects move into production

What we\’re looking for in a Manufacturing Engineer

• Degree or HND in Engineering
• NPI and process engineering experience within and/or supplying into the Aerospace or Space Industries (or similar high-regulation industry)
• Strong experience with machining processes (CNC or similar)
• Exposure to additive manufacturing would be beneficial
• Practical knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to obtain UK security clearance (essential for certain projects)

• Salary circa £55,000 (flexible)

• Hours: 08:30-16:30 Mon-Thu, 08:30-16:00 Fri (39 hours per week)
