The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Design Manager to support a project in Harwell. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering complex laboratory and clean room environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design process across the project life-cycle
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to ensure programme and quality targets are achieved
- Act as a key interface between stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
- Manage design risk, compliance, and build-ability considerations
- Provide client-facing support, maintaining strong professional relationships
Experience & Requirements
- Strong background in architecture or design management preferred
- Proven experience working on clean room and/or laboratory builds (essential)
- Valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
