The client is seeking an experienced Site Planner / Scheduler to support construction activities at the Marshalling Harbour site for the Dogger Bank Wind Farm. This is a key on-site role focused on delivering accurate project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring efficient execution of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the site project schedule
  • Integrate subcontractor schedules with accurate structure and logic
  • Manage the daily "Ready for Load-Out" schedule
  • Coordinate with site teams (construction, commissioning, completion)
  • Produce look-ahead plans (daily, weekly, 3-6 weeks)
  • Identify critical path, risks, and mitigation actions
  • Track progress and generate KPIs and reports
  • Analyse delays and develop recovery plans

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project planning within construction/infrastructure
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6
  • Degree in Engineering, Science, Maths, or equivalent experience
  • Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills
  • Advanced Excel / reporting capability

Desirable

  • Offshore wind or major infrastructure project experience
  • Offshore construction / multi-vessel planning experience

Additional Information

  • Site-based role in Port of Nigg (daily attendance required)
  • Accommodation provided
  • Travel expenses reimbursed up to £900 per rotation
  • Travel days paid at 80%
  • Occasional UK travel may be required
