We are supporting a major infrastructure partner with the appointment of an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a long-term power framework. This role will be based in Perth 3 days a week.
Set up: 6-month initial contract Outside IR35 Hybrid
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to step into a senior commercial position on a high-profile programme within the power sector. You will be part of a collaborative commercial team delivering essential capital works with long-term visibility and stability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading commercial management across multiple work packages.
- Supporting project teams with cost planning, forecasting, change control and contractual support.
- Managing subcontractor procurement, negotiation and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with regulated-sector governance, reporting and assurance processes.
- Providing commercial insight to senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Background in infrastructure, utilities, power, energy, civils
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work autonomously and influence project outcomes.
