Temporary supporting Operation & Maintenance manual development Role:

  • Chasing records down from site team on a regular basis
  • Checking / tracking records against what is expected
  • Get records from third party systems and download to ThermaMech folders
  • Check jointing records against as built drawings
  • Develop & update Jointing Log / Register
  • Check NDT records against as built
  • Check document naming against client naming convention
  • Check As built drawing against what has been requested to be updated
  • Compile manufacturers literature documents for specific project

Mixture of document control, technical ability to review and analyse and have to have communication skills to pick up phone to the team and chase information down.

  • Cad viewer (just to see and check as built drawings)
