I am currently looking for Mechanical/Magnet Technicians for a client in an R&D company in Oxfordshire. The key details are below:

  • Job Type: Contract (INSIDE of IR35 through Umbrella)
  • Location: Oxfordshire
  • Contract Length: Initial 6 months but 2 year project

Requirements:

  • ONC or GNVQ level 2
  • Extensive mechanical fitting and assembly experience
  • Experience with handling heavy and delicate equipment, preferably in an R&D environment
  • Experience with permanent or superconducting magnets would be desirable
