We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Manager to support the construction of a new healthcare facility in Oxford. This is an initial 6-month contract, offering an excellent opportunity to work on a technically challenging and highly regulated project.
The Role
- You will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical and electrical installation works on site, working closely with the main contractor, subcontractors and client teams to ensure delivery in line with programme, quality and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate M&E works across the project lifecycle
- Oversee mechanical installation activities, with a strong focus on HVAC systems
- Interface with subcontractors, designers and client representatives
- Ensure works comply with healthcare standards and site safety requirements
- Monitor progress, quality and installation standards on site
About You
- Proven experience working on hospital builds or similar healthcare environments
- Mechanical background preferred, with strong knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Ductwork
- BMS
