The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Managing Quantity Surveyor
to join the
Net Zero Teesside
project, one of the UK's most significant low-carbon energy developments.
This is a senior commercial leadership position where you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of a major infrastructure project. The project is based in
Teesside , with the flexibility to work from the client's
Newcastle or Leeds offices
when not required on site.
The Role
You will be responsible for leading the commercial function on the project, ensuring effective contract management, cost control, risk management, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
