Progressive Recruitment is seeking a Lead Building Services Engineer to lead technical delivery on complex EPC projects across food & beverage, FMCG, manufacturing, pharmaceutical and related sectors. Based near Gloucester, the role covers front-end through to handover with cross-discipline coordination and senior accountability.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services and a track record delivering M&E/MEP/EPC projects, plus strong communication skills.
