Join a Global Engineering and Manufacturing OEM delivering innovative engineered products. This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end new product development projects in a highly visible, delivery-focused role. This Engineering Project Manager role is based onsite five days a week near Stevenage and requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end delivery of new product development (NPD) projects across the full product lifecycle
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial functions
- Manage project risks, resources, and costs within a structured stage-gate environment
- Track and report project progress, budgets, and performance to senior stakeholders
- Maintain structured project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and NPD processes
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline
- Proven experience delivering NPD or product development projects
- Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience with stage-gate, product lifecycle management
