Location: Oxfordshire

Rate: £32-£37 per hour (Inside IR35, via Umbrella)

Duration: Initial 6‑month contract with long‑term potential

A long‑term project with our client is creating opportunities for several skilled Electrical Technicians to join their team on a contract basis. This multi‑year programme offers stable, ongoing work and the chance to contribute to a major technical installation.

Key Requirements

  • ONC or City & Guilds Level 2 / GNVQ in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
  • Good understanding of electrical safety practices for LV & HV low‑power circuits and devices
  • Hands‑on experience with installation, commissioning and fault‑finding of electrical systems including:
  • Control racks
  • Interconnecting wiring
  • Field equipment
  • Cable containment systems
  • Competent in light mechanical and electrical assembly, including:
    • Soldering
    • Crimping
    • Cable assembly
    • Rack wiring
