Job Title: Senior Site Manager – CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural)
Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland
Contract Duration: 12 Months (Fixed-Term)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with strong CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) expertise to lead the delivery of a high-specification cleanroom project in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence, and coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver the project to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Lead CSA packages including groundworks, structural steel, concrete, architectural finishes, and cleanroom envelope.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones, risks, and issues.
- Ensure quality control and snag-free delivery of CSA works.
- Chair site meetings and produce progress reports.
- Support commissioning and handover phases in collaboration with MEP and validation teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on cleanroom or controlled environment projects.
- Strong background in CSA disciplines.
- Experience working on pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, or similar high-tech facilities.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive programme delivery.
Desirable:
- Experience with modular cleanroom systems.
- Knowledge of GMP and validation processes.
- Familiarity with BIM and digital construction tools.
Contract Details:
- Start Date: Immediate / As soon as available
- Duration: 12 months
- Rate: Competitive day rate (dependent on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
