- Chasing records from the site team on a regular basis.
- Checking and tracking records against expectations.
- Obtaining records from third-party systems and downloading them to ThermaMech folders.
- Checking jointing records against as-built drawings.
- Developing and updating the Jointing Log/Register.
- Checking NDT records against as-built.
- Verifying document naming against client naming conventions.
- Checking as-built drawings against requested updates.
- Compiling manufacturers' literature documents for specific projects.
Software required includes Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF Viewer, and CAD viewer (to view and check as-built drawings).
