We’re looking for a talented designer to join our growing retail business and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across every customer touchpoint. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and our Managing Director to deliver creative that supports e-commerce, promotions, campaigns and social media content. You’ll have real ownership, variety in your work, and the opportunity to help evolve our visual identity as the business grows.
Salary: £30k-£35k based on experience. Interaction with our team, products, workshop and vehicle projects is required. Therefore, this is an on-site full-time role, located in Stockport SK4.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing high-quality creative across e-commerce, digital, social media and print
- Supporting retail campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Applying and protecting brand consistency across all outputs
- Collaborating closely with marketing to bring ideas and briefs to life
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a busy retail environment
- Creating and maintaining templates and design systems to improve efficiency
- Preparing digital assets and print-ready artwork
- Planning, filming and editing high-quality videos and photography for social media
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in a similar role
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects etc)
- Experience with filming and editing video for social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Confidence designing for both digital and print
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Retail or promotional design experience
- An enthusiasm for cars and performance parts is a plus
- UK driving license (for attending events)
- Must be happy to work on-site 5 days a week
