Progressive Independence in Sefton is seeking a Children’s Residential Support Worker – No Sleep-Ins. This role operates a structured 3-3-1 rota with shifts from 7am to 11pm, providing trauma-informed care to children and young people in our residential settings.
You will support education and daily routines, build trusting relationships while safeguarding, and collaborate with families, social workers, schools, and health professionals.
