YouThrive Academy, part of Progressive Independence, is seeking an adaptable Learning Support Worker to help learners develop literacy, numeracy and practical skills in a trauma-informed environment.
You will support EHCP targets, maintain learner records, follow safeguarding procedures and work across academy classrooms, children’s homes and supported accommodation during term-time. Overtime may be available. This role suits those with Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare.
