We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the Onshore Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Department at the client Wind Offshore. This team defines the M&E strategy for onshore wind turbine components, including methodology development, tooling provision, and skilled manpower deployment to support offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onshore M&E installation scope for major offshore wind projects (e.g., Dogger Bank).
  • Collaborate with electrical engineering teams on documentation and technical deliverables.
  • Act as a key interface between the client's electrical engineers and M&E contractors.
  • Oversee onshore pre-assembly activities and ensure safe, compliant execution of WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) M&E tasks.
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of all mechanical and electrical work.
  • Supervise contractor teams, define roles and expectations, and report non-conformities.
  • Promote strong EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) culture on site.

Preparation Phase:

  • Support project mobilization and readiness.
  • Review RAMS and assist with updates.
  • Provide daily activity reports and identify PLIs or NCs.
  • Assist in sourcing and managing parts and materials.

Onshore Pre-Assembly Works:

  • Report to the M&E Global Lead and support the Electrical Engineer during construction.
  • Supervise WTG M&E activities and provide feedback to the client site team.
  • Prepare Daily Progress Reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure activities remain on the critical path and meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven history in Offshore WTG construction with 5+ years in onshore/offshore wind in a leadership role.
  • Good understanding of CDM (Construction Design Management).
  • Strong commitment to HSE standards.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership, adaptability, and ability to represent the client professionally.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional project environment.
