About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a ground-mounted solar project. This is a key role ensuring the project is executed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities for the solar installation project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor progress against project schedule and report regularly.
- Maintain quality control and resolve any site issues promptly.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on renewable energy projects, ideally solar PV.
- Strong knowledge of ground-mounted solar installations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
