We're recruiting for an exciting, confidential client specialising in data centre construction and critical infrastructure projects across Europe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates across mechanical, piping, liquid cooling (HVAC), MEP and fabrication packages, supporting projects from tender through to delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Mechanical, piping or MEP estimating experience
- Knowledge of HDPE, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel piping systems
- Ability to interpret drawings, P&IDs and specifications
- Strong commercial awareness and cost-planning skills
- Data centre, mission-critical or industrial project experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge on Liquid Cooling, Piping, HVAC and ideally a degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience with BIM, Revit, Navisworks or estimating software is advantageous.
