- Assistwith the care and support of ourYoung People aged 16 to 25 whilst ensuring that a homelyenvironment is maintained.
- Contributingto meeting each individuals physical, emotional, social andeducational needs.
- Buildpositive relationships with the young people and support withtheir development – whilst ensuring that they are keptsafe.
- Workwithin a Multi-disciplinary Team to advocate for eachindividuals needs.
- Providepositive and meaningful life experiences for the young people todevelop their skills and self-esteem.
- Providecalm and safe responses when Young people are unable to.
- Workin a Multi- disciplinary Team to provide a nurturing environmentin which young people can develop and thrive.
- Promoteindependence through care and support with daily tasks such ascooking, travel etc.
- Completekey work responsibilities and maintain young people’sfiles.

- Bewilling to work towards or already hold a Level 3 ChildrenResidential Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
