  • Newly Qualified Social Worker: £31,990.40 - £36,004.80 pa (£15.38 - £17.31 P/hr)
  • Social Worker: £38,001.60 - £42,244.80 pa (£18.27 - £20.31 P/hr)
  • Senior Social Worker: £43,555.20 - £47,028.80 (£20.94 - £22.61 P/hr)

The Role:

  • Conduct high-quality and child-centred assessments.
  • Support families experiencing a range of complex difficulties.
  • Write comprehensive and evidence-based reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
  • Support children and their families to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Have a responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and vulnerable adults.

Our Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England.
  • Either have or be willing to complete the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) programme.
  • Have a genuine desire to improve lives and promote self-esteem.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Be resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
  • Be knowledgeable about relevant legislation and social theory.
