Location: Sheffield (S11) Job Types:Full-Time 19:30 – 08:30 Salary:Up to £29,720 – 37,852.80 p.a (£13.25 – £17.16 P/hr) *Based on an average of 42 hours per week. Ensure the safety and well-being of residents through ongoing assessment, planning, and reviews. Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of excellence in care delivery. Support staff and residents in achieving their full potential. Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of service delivery. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have: Level 2 Adult Care or Health and Social Care equivalent. Level 2 Team Leader or a management qualification, or the willingness to obtain one post-appointment. Experience working with learning disabilities, driven by a genuine desire to make a difference. Leadership qualities, with a positive outlook and a knack for motivating teams. Ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage emotional and behavioural challenges. Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
