Temporary Co-Ordinator based in Solihull! We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a global brand based in Solihull in a temporary co-Ordinator role until April! This is on a full-time basis, in office, 37.5 hours a week, offering £13.85hr based in Shirley.
This role is ideal for someone who either has previous administration experience and is looking for a new role or someone who has great initiative and is willing to get stuck into a corporate role!
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Ensuring all administration is executed for the online and in-person events
- Conducting risk assessments
- Ensuring invites are sent out
- Arranging dietary requirements
- Ensuring invoices are sent after events
- Data management such as cross-checking reports
- Cohort management with certifications
- Check-in and meeting set-ups
