Job Description:
Are you an experienced and highly professional receptionist looking for a role within Birmingham City Centre? We have an exciting opportunity within a fantastic law firm in Birmingham’s business district. We are seeking individuals with experience in the following responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and customers professionally and efficiently.
- Confident use of a telephone switchboard, including directing calls and accurate message taking.
- Management of meeting room schedules, including setup and monitoring usage.
- Precise data entry into computerised systems, including bookings and diary management.
- Handling of post and confidential information professionally.
- Management of all in-house filing systems on behalf of the business.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while acting on own initiative.
You must possess experience in a corporate reception capacity or in high-end hospitality in a reception-based role. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, fully office-based, with flexibility for evening events.
