We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA to join a modern and progressive law firm based in Nottingham City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (2 days in the office), offering £16 per hour for an initial 3-month period, with potential for a permanent position.
As part of the legal support services team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to clients and contacts, including handling basic queries
- Managing document production and checking work for accuracy and formatting
- Making and receiving client-related calls and messages
- Liaising with internal teams to schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
- Opening and closing files
- Monitoring key client dates and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
- Organising internal and external events
- Managing diaries, travel arrangements, meeting rooms, and preparing agendas and papers
- Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Collaborating with internal teams and gathering necessary information
- Arranging photocopying, printing, courier services, and sending letters and faxes
- Receiving instructions via digital dictation
- Assisting with billing processes within the team
The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, preferably within the education sector, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
