We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA to join a modern and progressive law firm based in Nottingham City Centre. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role (2 days in the office), offering £16 per hour for an initial 3-month period, with potential for a permanent position.

As part of the legal support services team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing support to clients and contacts, including handling basic queries
  2. Managing document production and checking work for accuracy and formatting
  3. Making and receiving client-related calls and messages
  4. Liaising with internal teams to schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions
  5. Opening and closing files
  6. Monitoring key client dates and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
  7. Organising internal and external events
  8. Managing diaries, travel arrangements, meeting rooms, and preparing agendas and papers
  9. Producing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
  10. Collaborating with internal teams and gathering necessary information
  11. Arranging photocopying, printing, courier services, and sending letters and faxes
  12. Receiving instructions via digital dictation
  13. Assisting with billing processes within the team

The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience, preferably within the education sector, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs.
