Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner closely with Employee Relations on complex cases, including probation, capability, absence, and dismissals
  • Take full ownership of queries, ensuring timely resolution, SLA adherence, and consistent stakeholder communication
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and confidence

  • Proven HR Advisor experience with strong generalist and ER case management expertise
  • Confident, credible communicator with the ability to coach, influence, and upskill line managers
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet demanding deadlines
  • Process-driven problem solver with a passion for efficiency, simplification, and continuous improvement
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong technical capability across HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
