This is an exciting opportunity to join the International HR Operations team of a truly global organisation. As a People Operations Advisor, you will play a key role at the heart of the employee experience, bringing your expertise, initiative, and people-first mindset to support the wider HR function. Working closely with the HR Business Partner and Employee Relations teams, you will provide high-quality, pragmatic advice across a range of people matters, ensuring consistent, compliant, and customer-focused outcomes.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent benefits within a collaborative and flexible working environment, including two days per week working from home.
The Role- Provide high-quality, technical advice on a wide range of employee relations matters, including probation, absence management, disciplinary and dismissal processes, and flexible or lifestyle-related requests.
- Take ownership of employee and manager queries from start to finish, delivering a consistently high standard of service.
- Manage expectations through clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Collaborate with the wider team, providing additional support where required.
- Use initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient and effective ways of working.
- Proven experience in an advisory role with strong generalist employee relations case management expertise.
- Confident and clear communicator, able to influence and build strong working relationships.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Process-driven problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement, efficiency, and simplification.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong technical capability across IT systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office tools.
