An award-winning, international law firm is looking for an experienced, forward-thinking PA to join their friendly banking and finance team. As a key point of contact for fee earners, you will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative and organisational support to a range of stakeholders. This role is integral to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team’s workflow.
The Role
- Provide seamless administrative support, including complex diary management, travel logistics and meeting coordination.
- Take ownership of stakeholder requests, ensuring efficient delegation and follow-up across multiple teams through regular communication and meetings.
- Support the team with financial administration, including billing and expense management.
- Manage documents and records, including electronic filing, maintaining accurate records, and tracking expenses with precision.
- Deliver outstanding client service, acting as a key liaison for both internal and external contacts.
- Prepare confidential legal documents, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring effective workflow management.
- Work collaboratively with the wider business, using initiative to contribute to events, marketing activities, and other business or process improvements.

- Proven experience as a PA within a legal or similar professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
