Requirements:
- Full operational oversight of the London residence
- Day-to-day management of all household operations, ensuring the home runs seamlessly
- Liaison with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Management of household budgets, expenses, invoicing, and cost control
- Oversight of maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, snagging, and long-term planning
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the home
- Lead by example with hands-on housekeeping when required
- Oversee laundry, wardrobe care, fine fabrics, and specialist surface care
- Ensure the property is maintained to a consistently high, five-star standard
- Recruitment, onboarding, training, and supervision of all household staff
- Management of rotas, performance, holidays, and professional development
- Act as the sole and central point of management for all household staff
- Establish clear reporting lines and formal communication structures
- Set, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Establish and maintain clear standards for staff presentation and professionalism, including uniforms and grooming

- Develop and manage a House Look Book defining presentation, styling, and aesthetic standards
- Maintain accurate household records, documentation, and reports
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word confidently for budgets, rotas, inventories, manuals, and correspondence
- Implement and manage systems for documentation, scheduling, uniforms, and internal communications
- Plan and oversee private events, dinners, and entertaining
- Coordinate catering, floristry, security, transport, and guest logistics
- Provide light PA support related to household operations and events
- Maintain flexibility to support the principals’ schedule, particularly during holiday periods
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Liaise with security teams when required
- Ensure safety, privacy, and smooth household operations
Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in the private household or luxury hospitality industry
- Proven track record in senior roles held long-term, demonstrating loyalty, stability, and trust
- Previous experience as a Head Housekeeper, House Manager, or similar senior role
