We are looking for a hands-on, muck-in and experienced PA to provide right-hand support to the inspirational Founder of an incredibly successful start-up in the creative space. A brand new role, you will be providing expert, right-hand support to the very busy and driven Founder.

Duties will include:

  • Organising and managing complex business and personal diaries
  • Reviewing and prioritising the Founder’s inbox and flagging key matters
  • Booking travel, hotels and transport
  • Collating information and reports from the wider team and providing weekly summary reports for the Founder
  • Organising restaurant reservations and sourcing gifts
  • Acting as a point of contact for employee absences and keeping the Founder informed
  • Scheduling and attending calls and meetings with the Founder, taking notes and providing concise summaries
  • Liaising with accountants, external advisors and stakeholders
  • Research and ad hoc projects

This is a key role for the Founder, and this person will be his eyes and ears.

We are looking for:

  • A professional and composed PA with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Confidence – someone who isn’t fazed by a busy and fast-paced environment
  • High EQ and a mature head on their shoulders, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with the wider team
  • Highly organised and expert at prioritising and gate-keeping the Founder’s time
  • Solutions-oriented, proactive, and not easily discouraged when resolving issues
  • Pre-emptive and can stay one step ahead
  • Discreet and highly trustworthy
  • Flexible and muck in
