- Creating and delivering newsletters, internal updates, blogs and social media content
- Overseeing employer branding and coordinating external events such as exhibitions and conferences, as well as managing public engagement
- Contributing to office space planning and workplace design initiatives, including furniture sourcing and procurement
- Purchasing orders & invoices, and monitoring payments
