The Role

  • Protecting and managing the CEO's time, anticipating needs, and prioritising effectively
  • Full inbox and diary management; responding on behalf of the CEO where appropriate
  • Managing meetings, lunches, and dinners with senior stakeholders
  • Engaging directly with investors, potential investors, NEDs, and partners
  • Preparing pitch decks and maintaining key documents
  • Organising global travel, itineraries, and supporting IR roadshows and M&A activities
  • Handling occasional office management and personal tasks (~10%)
