This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring junior EA to join an award winning, global professional services firm in the Oxford City Centre, for a full-time permanent position which is hybrid (3 days in the office, and 2 days WFH) and this role has a great structure for progression!This duties for this role would include:-Diary management – Organising and planning meetings – Management of emails and correspondence – Preparing and submitting expenses – Paper and electronic filing – Providing financial administration support – Screen calls and delivering messages – Management file opening processes – Building and maintain relationshipsThe ideal candidate would need at least a year of corporate administrative experience and would be passionate about wanting to become and progress as a EA!You would need to have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, good relationship building skills and the ability to use your initiative!If you have any queries about the role contact Katie on 0121_633_4443.
