HR Admin – Immediate Start
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a wonderful company based in Nuneaton. We are looking for an exceptional HR Administrator for an exciting temporary opportunity in the head offices of this well-known brand. This is an initial month to two-month temporary role but could have longer-term opportunities. Candidates must be immediately available.
The essential responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring all RTW checks are completed
- Managing employee files
- Chasing references and documents
- Updating contracts and terms of employment
- Managing a HR inbox
- Organising and sending interview confirmations
- Efficient collation and processing of timesheets
- Assistance with payroll and queries
- Other general and ad hoc HR administration duties
- Offering a first-class level of support to the HR team
The successful applicant must be proactive and hard-working, with a drive to provide exceptional administration support. Existing knowledge of HR functions is essential, particularly within a similar HR administration or Shared Service Centre environment. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible.
